These terms explain how Cowboy Club works at Cowboy Culture. They apply to earning and using rewards through cowboysculture.com. Read them with our Cowboy Club guide, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
1. Membership
Cowboy Club is free to join. Use a genuine customer account and the same email address when shopping. Membership and points are for personal use, with one membership and one account-creation bonus per person. There is no fee to keep a membership active.
2. Earning points
- Account bonus: 25 points for creating an eligible customer account, awarded once.
- Purchases: 1 point per A$1 of eligible product spend, added after the order is marked fulfilled.
Eligible spend is the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and separately added tax. Tax already included in product prices is not added again. Points are rounded to the nearest whole point. For orders in a supported currency other than AUD, eligible spend is converted to the store's Australian-dollar currency before points are calculated.
Points are earned on the amount paid for products, not the portion covered by a rewards discount. Cancelled or fully refunded purchases do not retain purchase points. Orders placed before the rewards program was active are not automatically eligible for backdated points. Contact us if you believe points are missing or incorrect.
3. Redeeming points
20 points provide A$1 in product discounts. For example, 100 points provide A$5, 200 provide A$10 and 1,000 provide A$50. Open Cowboy Club, choose Redeem points and follow the instructions to exchange an available balance for a discount code.
There is no minimum purchase requirement for the current points redemption reward. You can accumulate enough points to cover a product's price. Shipping and any other applicable checkout charges remain payable unless a separate published offer expressly covers them.
Redemption amounts are selected through the rewards widget. Choose a discount no greater than your eligible product subtotal. A reward code is not a stored-value gift card; any unused discount value is not payable in cash. Contact us before redeeming if you are unsure which amount to choose. A reward cannot reduce the eligible product total below zero.
Points are deducted when exchanged for a reward code. Keep any generated code and check My Rewards in Cowboy Club. If a code fails or you redeem the wrong amount, contact us before placing the order so we can investigate.
All example values on this page are in Australian dollars. Supported international checkouts convert amount discounts to the checkout currency. The final checkout shows the applicable converted amount.
4. Discounts and other offers
Cowboy Club reward codes cannot be combined with another product, order or shipping discount code. This includes the COWBOYLIFE 10% welcome code and other rewards codes. Choose one applicable discount offer for an order. The welcome offer remains separate and is subject to its own eligibility conditions.
5. Point expiry and value
Points do not currently expire. Points are promotional rewards, not cash, a deposit or a gift card. They cannot be sold, transferred between people or exchanged for cash. A discount applies only when redeemed through the program.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds policy and your statutory rights continue to apply to purchases using rewards.
Purchase points connected with refunded items are reversed. If an order using a points-generated discount is fully refunded, the redeemed points are restored to the rewards account. For a partial refund, the redeemed points are restored proportionately to the refunded part of the order. A cancellation or adjustment may require us to review the points and code manually.
Refunds of money paid and restoration of promotional points are handled separately. Points do not replace a refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law. If a balance or code does not update correctly, contact us with your order number and account email so we can correct it.
7. Fair use and corrections
Do not create duplicate or false accounts, sell reward codes, use another person's account or manipulate orders to obtain rewards. We may investigate suspected misuse and correct points issued in error, remove rewards obtained through proven misuse or suspend an affected account while resolving an issue. We will explain material adjustments and give you a way to contact us if you disagree. Ordinary use of legitimately earned points is not misuse.
8. Referral offers
A referral promotion is not currently available. No referral bonus is promised under these terms. If referrals launch, we will publish the eligibility, qualifying purchase requirements and reward amounts before the offer starts.
9. Privacy and communications
Cowboy Club uses Shopify and BON Loyalty to operate customer accounts, record eligible orders and points, and issue reward codes. Relevant information includes your account email, order history and rewards activity. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal information, service providers, international processing and your choices.
Joining rewards does not, by itself, require you to agree to optional marketing emails. Marketing choices are handled separately, and you can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in those emails. Necessary account and order communications may still be sent.
10. Changes to the program
We may make reasonable changes to the program for operational, technical or legal reasons. Material changes will be explained on this page and notified to members through an appropriate channel before they take effect. If a change reduces the earning rate, redemption value or availability of existing points, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to use an existing balance, unless an urgent legal requirement prevents this. These terms do not allow us to remove legitimate accrued rewards arbitrarily.
11. Consumer rights and help
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws.
